SO ME for Clark Magazine

Street culture purveyors Clark Magazine celebrate their 43rd issue (July-August) by asking SO ME to design an exclusive cover. The French artist uses his well-loved signature style that we're all familiar with from seeing his Ed Banger and Cool Cats' work and for Clark he combined the always popular image of a semi-naked girl covered with cobalt comic illustrations. There's a 16 page dedication to SO ME's work in the issue too so you can rediscover the art director's vision.

Of course, there's coverage of other street culture as well in the form of partyharders 2SHY, director Roman Coppola and Kim Chapiron to celebrate his new film Dog Pound.
Other notable mentions are Mr Oizo aka Quentin Upieux, Aaron Rose, M.I.A., Aloe Blacc and Adam Kesher. Pick up your copy of Clark from here.

Talk To The Old Spice Guy
Fans of the Old Spice Guy had their dreams come true last week: the Man Your Man Could Smell Like aka Isaiah Mustafa dished up advice, suggestions and fulfilled requests via video responses to his admirers on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Reddit. Working in real-time, the Old Spice marketing team offered up the hugely popular and often towel-clad Mustafa to his fans, starting with a get-well-soon message toe Digg founder Kevin Rose and kick-starting a spontaneous marketing campaign that even reached celebrities and Twitter devotees Ashton Kutcher and Alyssa Milano.
The campaign lasted two days and within the first twelve hours the team managed to churn out an impressive 117 videos. We're always looking out for fresh marketing ideas and Old Spice have definitely found a winner with Isaiah Mustafa. We wouldn't mind more videos of the backwards horse-riding man that turns sand into diamonds but for now we'll just keep watching the ones we can get our hands on.
