Chinese Opera FaceMask USB Notebook Cooling Pad

Here's a cool gadget for the cultured geeks - the Chinese Opera Facemask Notebook Cooling Pad.
It features 3 built-in fans, which dissipate heat from the bottom of your laptop and cool down the overall temperature of your system. It is powered via a retractable USB cable, and is light and portable. The FaceMask is kind of bad-looking, so the geek is now cool, and so is his/her laptop.

IR Tracker R/C Car

This radio-controlled car allows you to “paint” its path using a handheld infrared tracker - a feature that brought a lot of attention when the toy was displayed at the Hong Kong Toy Fair earlier this year.
The remote aims an infrared beam “dot” on the floor, and you can aim it anywhere. The IR Tracker race car instantly recognizes and “follows” the red dot.

Upload Yo Ass: Waiting for the Rapture

Across cultures, classes, and aeons, people have yearned to transcend death.
Bear that history in mind as you consider the creed of the singularitarians. Many of them fervently believe that in the next several decades we’ll have computers into which you’ll be able to upload your consciousness—the mysterious thing that makes you you. Then, with your consciousness able to go from mechanical body to mechanical body, or virtual paradise to virtual paradise, you’ll never need to face death, illness, bad food, or poor cellphone reception.
Now you know why the singularity has also been called the rapture of the geeks.... According to this report its not going to work out as planned. But I still have high hopes!
